Can anyone point me towards a burner that will convert (or produce) the files needed to accompany my movie before it can be played on a DVD. I seem to remember that in the past, my PC would convert to files that looked something like VT_S or similar. I dowloaded the Ashampoo Free burner but now understand that I need DVD authoring software to convert my clips to VOB files.

I have just learned that win 10 has dropped that facility (although I was able to copy a clip to a DVD-R disc and play it back on my PC). After putting together some clips from my mobile and camera on Adobe Premier Pro, I tried unsuccessfully to burn the result to disc so it could be played in a DVD player.
